These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShopQuotes application and related services (the "Service"), provided by ShopTrade Pte Ltd ("ShopTrade", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ShopQuotes is a Shopify application that helps merchants create, send, and manage quotes, collect quote requests, and send related emails. The Service is provided to Shopify merchants and their authorized staff.
You must have a valid Shopify account and the authority to install apps for your store. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
The Service may let you connect third party accounts (for example Google, Microsoft, or an email service) so that ShopQuotes can send email on your behalf. Your use of those third party services is governed by their own terms. You represent that you are authorized to connect each account and to send the messages you configure. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service and for complying with applicable anti spam, marketing consent, and privacy laws.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to violate the rights of others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Paid features are billed through Shopify according to the pricing shown in the app or on the listing. Fees are non refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
The Service, including its software and content, is owned by ShopTrade Pte Ltd and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. Your store and customer data remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any message will be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopTrade Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non waivable rights you may have under local law.
